These are batch loading type hoppers with/without load cells. Dynovo Feed Hoppers are designed in various sizes to suit different applications. The Feed Hoppers are robustly constructed as per international design standards. The Feed Hoppers are constructed with mild steel, hardrox, Stainless Steel or polyurethane wear plates as per client’s requirement & depending on the type of raw material. Hoppers can be fitted with unequal vibrators to help in moving lumps faster. Picker shaft with geared motor is present to break lumps of raw material and allow easy flow of raw material onto the conveyors.
We have a variety of Rubber / Nylon conveyors to transport the raw materials onto the desired location. These conveyors are controlled with the help of helical geared motors. The speed of the conveyors can be varied with the help of VFD. Conveyors offered are Plain Type, Pleated Type etc. The conveyors are complete with head pulley, tail pulley, idlers and return rollers, geared motors etc.
This machine is used for unloading raw materials from jumbo bags. It is mounted with an electric chain hoist to lift the jumbo bag and place it over the small silo. The silo has a screw conveyor to transfer the raw material to the desired location. The weight lifting capacity of the system is 1500-2500 KG.
Raw material Storage silos are made out of mild steel conforming to IS 2062. Level Sensor is present at the top to monitor level of raw material. Screw conveyor at the bottom for conveying the raw material from the silo to the desired location. Load cells at the base to display the weight of stored raw materials. Size of the Silo depends upon the storage capacity.
