Motorized Packing Conveyor

This conveyor is used for packing the finished product in carton box. Products are conveyed by rubberized roller driven by geared motor. Rubber coated rollers are connected with each other by chain-sprocket assembly.

Gravity / Free Roller Conveyor

This conveyor is self-driven on ball bearings. This is used to convey fired pieces to desired location. These conveyors are manufactured out of powder coated structure and channel frame. Conveyor rollers are manufactured out of mild steel with zinc plating or rubber coating as per process requirement.

Fired Piece Pick & Place Machine

This pick & place machine is used to pick fired pieces with help of pneumatic cylinder and scissor mechanism & place it onto carton box for packing. On/off motorized conveyor can be used to complete this process automatically.

Loading / Unloading Ramp with Landing Gear

The container Loading ramp is made up of three sections basically. Total length of the ramp is 16000mm, the degree of inclination maintained is 8 degrees, landing legs are provided at the last section to increase and decrease the height as per container.
Safety railing and checker plates (Also known as Diamond Plate) are provided to help avoid any slippage while loading the container.
