Welcome to the official legal contract for the Epping Community Legal Centre.

Contract

Parties Epping Community Legal Centre (“ECLC”)
Scope ECLC agrees to provide legal services to individuals and groups within the Epping community, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of New South Wales.
Term This contract shall commence on the date of execution and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein.
Termination Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a material breach by the other party, or for any other lawful reason with written notice of at least 30 days.
Confidentiality All information shared between ECLC and its clients shall be kept confidential, in accordance with the legal and ethical obligations of the legal profession.
Indemnification ECLC shall not be held liable for any actions or omissions of its clients, and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECLC from any claims or liabilities arising from the provision of legal services.
Amendments No amendments or modifications to this contract shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales.
